As our kids move into their teen years, we can fear for their safety, we worry about what's going on for them with school, peers, and their inner worlds.
I remember the sickening gut twist of it all! At times fear felt paralysing, it deprived me of sleep and made me hopeless at work.
When I was operating in the fear space, communication with the kids wasn't the greatest either.
